Any person conducting research of any type at TUH, must be certified via the website below:

• http://www.citiprogram.org
• Human Subjects Certification (valid for 2 years)
• Register using your TU 9 digit Temple ID number
• Select: Biomedical Research Community (medical research)
• Take all 18 categories in this module
• Print out your certificate and give a copy to Joanne
