Albert Weiss, MD

A member of the Temple faculty since 2002, Dr. Weiss regularly sees patients needing help with all non-operative aspects of orthopedics, including assessments, injections, fracture management, rehabilitation, and post operative care, in 3 of our satellite offices. With special interest and training in surgery of the hand and upper extremity, as well as a career-long emphasis on orthopedic care of children, Dr. Weiss continues to see patients at Shriners Hospital for Children on the Temple Health Sciences Center campus, where he additionally functions as the Medical Staff Administrator.
Dr Weiss has served as President of the Philadelphia Orthopedic Society, and was co-editor and contributing author of the May 2008 issue of Hand Clinics, dedicated to upper extremity reconstruction in patients with cervical spinal cord injury.
